Moorfields Farm Cottage

This was an interesting build incorporating a 1200 square foot basement that was built through the winter of 2012/13.

We worked with Sika with regard to  to waterproofing certification. The  house is a mixture of oak frame and traditional construction, with pitched roof skylights , glass gable end wall and a triple oak framed garage , also ancillary outbuilding and barn conversions. – a  12- month project.
