New Build

Whether working for a a private individual, a developer or architect, we can complete the job from putting the first shovel into the ground, to fitting the carpets. This can include providing Lifetime Homes Certification , Code for Sustainable Homes Accreditation and also Secured by Design Certification.

Refurbishments

We have undertaken many refurbishments and conversions , from public houses, to ‘burnt out’ six storey seafront buildings , garages to churches, including renovations of listed buildings.

Timber Frame

We have erected many timber frame buildings direct from the manufacturer as well as constructing stick built houses, on site, by our highly skilled team. ‘Stick built’ is the term used for the manufacture of the timber frame building on site.

Basements

If it’s extra space you’re looking for then basements are a great way of maximizing your home, especially when the site is restricted…and they make great game and cinema rooms! We have built a number from initial conception , many have included waterproofing and tanking systems. We work closely with Sika Products.

Reinforced Concrete

We have constructed a number of reinforced concrete buildings. In particular , one in Brighton was, at the time, the largest building in the UK to be built out of preformed shuttering (polystyrene polar wall). The project incorporated nine residential flats , a church hall and a children’s pre -school nursery , totaling 12000 square feet.

Since then, we have found working with concrete to be a very cost effective way of building and it can reduce many health and safety issues associated with working with large steels.

Extensions

We can guide you through the whole project from conception to delivering a high quality extension to your personalised specification. The project will be completed on time and within budget and we have testimonials to accredit our skills and service. We have been involved in numerous projects from front porches to large house extensions.

Windows, Ground Works and Demolition

These services go hand-in-hand with the above and are fully insured and comply with all the necessary building regulations. We are insured for demolition

Electrical Works and Plumbing

These will all be completed with the necessary certifications.
