Lamberts Lane Midhurst

This site was formerly the Midhurst Health Centre. It was constructed for Millbrook Homes Ltd. 

The project consisted of the demolition of the old health centre, and the construction of five ,  three bedroomed houses, partially built in traditional Midhurst stone. The site also included a 2000 square foot garage block, parking and landscaping.  The project commenced in mid-May and the first houses were occupied by early December.

From receipt of approved planning drawings, we  embarked on a design and build project from start to finish.  This was a turn-key build.
