Ashbury House

Two high specification five bedroomed detached properties. These were design and build -  circa 3,400 and 3,700 square feet, respectively. Arlington House included a fully heated swimming pool and Ashbury house had a refurbished traditional flint barn that was turned into a gym and jacuzzi building . We designed and sourced the whole project after the initial planning approved plans were supplied.

Ashbury House sold off-plan and the site was completed in eight months, including landscaping and road construction, to serve all the units in Twittenside.  It was a turnkey build.
